I want to apply for membership
- Click on the apply link in the table below for the category of membership you wish to pursue.
- Complete and submit the online membership application form.
- The AOMAM Board must review and approve all applications for members.
- When your membership application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an e-mail that asks you to submit payment in one of two ways:
- By logging onto PayPal for payment with a credit card
- Providing you an address to which you can mail a check.
- Once your payment has been received, you will receive an e-mail with a user ID and temporary password.
- You may then log into the AOMAM website and create a permanent password.
